The electrophoretic aluminum profile is a typical profile with a smooth surface. There are many potential hazards in the whole process of manufacturing, transportation, or installation. It may be polluted by dust or dirt, ruined by sprays or marks, or scratched by rough handling. Any of them may destroy the aluminum value. The use of our PE protective film can avoid such problems. As the electrophoretic aluminum has a smooth surface, our protective film with lower adhesion could meet its viscosity requirements. This film works well on electrophoretic aluminum profiles but is also suitable for aluminum composite panels with a smooth surface. |
